The duly filled membership form along with requisite supported documents to establish Identity, Resident Status, Special Category including disability if any, Educational Qualification and details of fee required be uploaded during form submission. In case of editing membership form after submission, please write to: wcfi.india@gmail.com.
Membership Fee: Life Membership – Rs. 2100.00, Ordinary Membership Fee – Rs. 500.00 and Annual Subscription Fee Rs 100.00.
The membership fee may directly be deposited in to the bank account of the association as per the following details.

The fee payment details must be provided in the prescribed field of the application form.
Note: The fee receipt may be uploaded in the online membership form. In case of Cheque, you are required to submit in person to the General Secretary.
Donate
If you are willing to support any social event or any cause like-
1. funding any wheelchair cricket player for sports wheelchairs and sports accessories and kits;
2. funding any special events e.g. Conference Workshop, Training of Trainers (ToTs) and tournaments on wheelchair cricket;
3. any other thing, which donor like to do for PWDs in the society, community under any innovative social idea.

Join As A Volunteer
If any person is interested to offer voluntary services by being a Volunteer to our association, he/she may submit an application to the office by e-mail to wcfi.india@gmail.com. The proposal may include Name, Address, Email, Contact No., Area of Training and Motivation to Join as Volunteer.
Sponsor a State Team/Player
If you wish to support towards evolution and strengthening of Wheelchair Cricket in the country professionally for empowerment of persons with disabilities through cricket for economic empowerment, peace and development. Please Contact for sponsoring emerging state/district teams/players for building their capacity by way of providing training sessions and sports equipment’s (sports accessories and wheelchairs) and in organizing matches etc. The Association will facilitate in identification of needy, economic backward players from Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. The state associations and corresponding teams in other remaining parts of the country in under development.

3. The donations are only received in Indian Currency (INR).
4. Donation can be in the form of support in kind by offering requirements in the events etc. by making self procurement.
Refund Policy
General Information
The Wheelchair Cricket Federation of India (WCFI) does not allow for the refund of membership purchases unless there are exceptional circumstances. Where exceptional circumstances can be shown to exist, the pro rata amount of the annual membership fee not exceeding 6 months may be refunded at the discretion of the Governing Body. Refund of membership fees shall incur an administration fee (20% of Fee) which shall automatically be deducted from the amount of the refund.
Overpayment Refund
Where an error has been made by our banking facility which results in an overpayment being made, the Governing Body may, in consultation with the member, refund by either a credit of the overpayment to the membership, or alternatively by cheque for the full amount of the overpayment.
Transfer of WCFI Membership
Individual and Institutional memberships are not transferable.
